How long does it take for items to ship?

Orders will be shipped out twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays each week.  If a holiday will prevent shipping on a scheduled day, orders will be shipped a day early if possible.

 

Why is shipping as high as it is even for small items?

We have chosen to ship all items in a way that includes tracking, and besides that need to cover the cost of shipping materials.  If you place an order over $75, you don't get charged for shipping though!

 

If I'm local, can I just pickup or have a local delivery made?

No, we are not offering local pickup or delivery at this time.

 

Should I be concerned about potential allergen exposure?

All items are made and stored in a smoke-free home.  While we do our best to keep the American Eskimo dog and shorthair cat away from everything, their hair has a mind of its own and so pup hairs may end up with your package.
